Over the past 17 years, Mike has been perfecting his fitness expertise, with his focus in the last several years being specifically on “gymless” workouts that can be performed at home or outdoors using just a few pieces of inexpensive and portable exercise equipment.
Mike's extensive experience and passion for fitness, combined with his motivating personality, ensures that everyone Mike works with will receive the highest quality exercise programming and motivational support to reach and exceed all of their fitness goals.
Mike designs exercise programs around the belief that people who enjoy their workouts are much more likely to stick with it and attain results. Through the use of a wide variety of training methods including functional resistance training, calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), plyometrics (explosive movements), circuit training, and interval training, exercising with Mike is always challenging, rewarding, and fun.
Mike's training specialty is time-efficient fat-burning workouts for men and women of all ages and fitness levels.
