Today marks the 1-year anniversary of Mode Boot Camp. I launched my Vancouver boot camp program last spring after the overwhelming popularity of my outdoor group workouts that I ran for Nike at their Runner’s Lounge in Coal Harbour.
Mode Boot Camp is the only boot camp in Vancouver that doesn’t involve boring jogging or back-breaking abdominal crunches. Instead we focus on total-body circuit training for an enjoyable and time-efficient fat-burning workout.
