Our Vancouver boot camp continues to gain momentum. Several new faces are showing up each week, and our core group of regulars continues to grow. Tonight’s workout was extremely intense, utilizing the full spectrum of exercises from calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), to plyometrics (explosive movements), to martial arts (kicking drills), sprints, and stair climbs. Most exercises were dynamic movementsĀ involvingĀ multiple muscle groups and really challenging the core stability.
