			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;m launching a <a title="Kickboxing Vancouver" href="http://modekickboxing.com/">fitness kickboxing program in Vancouver</a> this month that will run throughout the fall and winter. The program is a hybrid between cardio kickboxing and technical kickboxing. We take the most intense and effective technical kickboxing drills, and put them into a workout that&#8217;s geared towards maximum fun and calorie burning. There are zero boring defensive ducking and weaving drills at my kickboxing program. We focus entirely on the most enjoyable aspects of kickboxing training: punching and kicking. <p>Tonight&#8217;s <a title="Vancouver Boot Camp" href="http://modebootcamp.com/">boot camp</a> was a big success. With nearly double the turnout from last week, word is spreading quickly that our Nike Boot Camp is the best <a title="Boot Camp In Vancouver" href="http://modeathletics.com/">boot camp in Vancouver</a>.</p>
<p>The workout tonight had a strong kickboxing theme, with stations such as focus mitt work, kicks/knees, jump rope, and boxing influenced core drills. After a short warm-up, we did 45 minutes of circuit training (2 minutes per station), and capped the workout off with some interval stair sprints. I continue to be impressed by the positive energy everyone brings to the class each week. It&#8217;s a pleasure to coach such a motivated group of people.</p>
<p>The response to the kickboxing drills tonight was overwhelmingly positive, and there have been a number of requests to have <a title="Vancouver Personal Trainers &amp; Group Fitness Training" href="http://modeathletics.com/">Mode Athletics</a> run a weekly kickboxing class at the Nike Lounge. So that&#8217;s something that we&#8217;re going to look at more closely for May.</p>
<p>The Nike Boot Camp runs every Tuesday at 7PM, and is open to everyone who&#8217;s interested in participating. This challenging group fitness class is the perfect addition to any workout routine, and is sure to motivate you to your next level of fitness.</p>
