<p>As a certified personal trainer in Vancouver, Canada, I make my living helping men and women just like you burn fat and improve their fitness. The single biggest obstacle I&#8217;ve found standing in the way of most people achieving their fitness goals is that most people hate going to the gym to exercise. If you can relate to that, then I&#8217;m glad to tell you that you do NOT need to workout at a gym to see effective and time-efficient fat-burning results.</p>
<p>Each month in Vancouver I personally coach between 50 and 60 men and women at my outdoor boot camp program and I help them shed pounds of unwanted fat using just a set of resistance bands. My boot camp program in Vancouver has become so popular that I&#8217;ve decided to release a home workout program based on my popular boot camp workouts.</p>
