Stop counting calories.
Calorie counting is positively NOT a permanently weight loss solution.
Do you plan to count calories the rest of your life? I didn’t think so.
Workout intensely a few days per week and watch what you eat.
No need to count calories, just eat smaller portions of healthier food.
If you’re not seeing the desired results, continue to adjust your diet.
Just don’t concern yourself with the number of calories burned doing Rip:60.
