Combo Resistance Band Exercises
Overview
Combo exercises pair upper-body pushing and pulling movements with lower-body body squat, lunge, and hinge movements, resulting in a single exercise that proprioceptively trains your entire body as one functional unit.
When performing combo exercises, movement occurs at multiple joints in both your upper- and lower-body, requiring focus to maintain a braced core and proper posture while linking all of the movements in the chain together.
