Bent-Over Pull Resistance Band Exercise

How-To

  1. Stand on the resistance band, with feet shoulder width apart.
  2. Bent forward at the waist, with a slight bend in knees.
  3. Hold the band with palms facing in, and arms hanging down.
  4. Pull hands in towards torso while bending at elbows, then return to the starting position.

  • Don’t allow spine to become rounded.
