Bent-Over Pull Resistance Band Exercise
- Stand on the resistance band, with feet shoulder width apart.
- Bent forward at the waist, with a slight bend in knees.
- Hold the band with palms facing in, and arms hanging down.
- Pull hands in towards torso while bending at elbows, then return to the starting position.
- Also known as Bent-Over Row.
- Don’t allow spine to become rounded.
