Overhead Press Jack Resistance Band Exercise
- Stand on the resistance band, with feet shoulder-width apart.
- Hold the band at shoulder height, with palms facing forward, and elbows angled out to the sides.
- Press the band overhead extending arms while simultaneously jumping and widening stance.
- Lower the band back down to the starting position while simultaneously jumping and narrowing stance.
- Don’t let hands drift behind head at the top of the movement.
