Squat Resistance Band Exercises
The squat movement involves flexion and extension of the knees and hips, which is a common movement performed whenever you sit down or stand up. Squatting, along with hinging, and lunging, make up the three foundational lower-body movements.
A strong squat begins by driving your hips back and down, not by leading with the knees going forward. At the bottom of the squat, upper-body angle and shin angle should match, and your heals should be planted firmly on the floor, not lifting up.
