Nucleus Resistance Band Workout

Overview

The Nucleus Workout involves a variety of combo and multiplanar plane exercises: squat push, hose pull step, crossing lunge, upright pull step. All exercises are performed in the tabata format of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, for 8 rounds (each exercise lasts for 4 minutes). Take 1 minute of rest between rounds.
